Are you an entrepreneur located in New Jersey?
If so, the GNEC Main Street Pitch-Off is designed with you in mind!

This program is a unique opportunity for business owners in the startup to 3-year stage to strengthen their pitch, connect with experienced coaches, present to seasoned business professionals, and expand their entrepreneurial network. 


As part of the competition, participants also gain access to GNEC’s business support services, joining a network dedicated to helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses.

Eligibility

To qualify, your business must:

  • Be in operation for 3 years or less

  • Have generated at least $10,000 in revenue in the past 12 months.

Only 15 businesses will be selected, and a waitlist will be kept for additional applicants.

Important Dates

  • Application Deadline: October 15

  • Pitch Competition: November 15 at 9:00 AM (in person, in English)

  • Participants must also commit to attending at least two virtual coaching sessions

Prizes

  • 1st Place: $3,000

  • 2nd Place: $1,500

  • 3rd Place: $750

Disclaimer:
Entrepreneurs who have previously won a cash prize in a GNEC pitch competition are not eligible to apply. In addition, anyone who has competed in more than two GNEC pitch competitions, regardless of the outcome, is also not eligible. If your business has multiple partners, please note that only one person will be allowed to present during the competition.













To qualify, your business must be in operation for three years or less and must have generated at least $10,000 in revenue within the past 12 months.


GNEC will request tax returns to verify your business's revenue.
