The City of East Orange's Policy, Planning & Economic Development Department, through its Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ) Office, has partnered with GNEC — a NJ Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) — to offer a microloan fund exclusively for businesses located within the City's UEZ.

Program Highlights:

• Loan Amount: Up to $25,000

• Fixed Interest Rate: 2.99%

• Total Loan Term: 8 years
